Teddy Chepkurui

Bii Chepkurui Teddy is the In House Counsel of the firm. She has experience in Contract negotiation and
drafting, legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance and policy drafting. In addition to her
legal duties, she assists the Company Secretary in ensuring statutory compliance by all clients, board
governance, trust administration, corporate restructuring processes by reviewing Articles of Association
in alignment with the Companies Act, organizing and attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs),
ensuring accurate minute-taking and action tracking, among other services offered by the secretarial
department.

Teddy is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from
Kabarak University and a postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is also a non-
practising Company Secretary, expected to obtain a Practising License in 2026.
