Parita Padharia

Parita Padharia serves as an Associate in the Advisory Department, where she works on assignments involving IFRS assignments, company valuations, liquidations, transfer pricing policy development, due diligence, tax computation assignment, corporate restructuring (including receivership and administration processes) among others. She is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and holds a BSc (Honours) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. Parita’s exposure to diverse industries and complex engagements has strengthened her ability to analyze financial information and provide practical, well-reasoned advisory solutions.
